This notice explains how the Gonave Landscaping Services website works and what happens when you contact Desir Paul, the owner.

Details you choose to provide

The estimate tool asks for your name, mobile number, property ZIP code and requested service. Property type, a preferred weekday and yard details are optional. These details help Desir discuss your request, check whether he can service the property, and arrange the next steps. You may also choose to share property photos or other details directly by text. Please do not include payment information, ID numbers or other sensitive information.

Preparing and sending a text

Typing into the estimate tool and selecting “Prepare Text Request” builds a message in your browser. The website does not submit those fields to Gonave, Vercel or a form-delivery service. You can review and change your details before continuing.

“Open text message” passes the prepared message and Gonave’s number to your device’s messaging app. You must send it there for it to reach Desir at (305) 502-0224. The website cannot confirm delivery. Your messaging app and mobile providers process the message under their own policies; your plan’s charges may apply. Drafts, sent messages and backups may be stored by your device or messaging provider.

“Copy request instead” copies the prepared text to your device clipboard when supported. Otherwise, you can select and copy the displayed text yourself. Clipboard history or syncing depends on your device settings. Copying alone does not contact Gonave.

Hosting, cookies and browser storage

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and protect it, including IP addresses, requested pages, browser or device information and request times. Hosting and security logs are separate from the estimate fields. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice for its processing practices.

The website code does not set cookies, save form entries in local storage or session storage, or use advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Photos and fonts are served with the website, without requests to photo libraries or Google Fonts. Your browser may cache website files, autofill fields or restore a page according to its settings. Vercel may apply additional security measures to unusual traffic.

This website does not use cross-site advertising tracking or sell estimate details through the website. It does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because it has no advertising or sale/sharing tracking feature to switch off.

After you contact Gonave

When you send a message or call, Desir receives the information you share and your contact details to handle your inquiry. The website does not manage those message records. Messaging providers and hosting providers process information as described above. This notice does not set a fixed retention period for business messages or provider logs.

Your choices and contact

You can use the call or direct-text links without completing the estimate tool, leave optional fields blank, or decide not to send a prepared message. A service request is not enrollment in promotional messaging.
